01Our commitment
SweetMemory AI has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including the solicitation, grooming, or sexualization of minors, and the production or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
02Product scope & age
SweetMemory AI is intended for family use in line with our Privacy Policy (including our approach to minors' data). The service is not directed at children under 13 for direct registration, and we do not knowingly enable behavior that facilitates CSAE.
- Features that involve sensitive media or AI representations are gated with consent and safety review as described in our privacy and in-app notices.
- UGC that could endanger minors is prohibited and may be actioned under this policy.
03Detection, moderation & enforcement
We apply technical and procedural measures appropriate to our product— including reporting workflows, human review where applicable, and cooperation with trusted safety partners and law enforcement when legally permitted—to identify and address CSAE-related abuse.
04Reporting & escalation
If you become aware of CSAM or CSAE-related risk involving SweetMemory AI, contact us immediately using the channels below. For emergencies or suspected crimes, also contact your local police.
- In the United States, reports of online child exploitation can be made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline — an independent, publicly operated reporting mechanism.
- Users outside the U.S. should use the appropriate national reporting route; the CyberTipline remains a widely referenced external intake for cross-border reports when applicable.
